STEP 1: ENGLISH PREPARATION

The most important factor as the most fundamental capital to succeed in studying abroad is mastery of English language. As one of the requirements, standardized score of IELTS™, TOEFL®, SAT® or GMAT® is needed.

One Language & Training Centre is the integral division of One Education that exists to give you the best solutions to your preparation. Friendly in terms of distance, the test can be taken in one of the nearest One Education’s branch offices.

STEP 2: CONSULTATION WITH ONE EDUCATION's COUNSELOR

Get the most complete information regarding field of study, career prospects, study destination and university based on interest and talent.

STEP 3: APPLICATION PROCESS

To apply, several documents need to be completed, such as application form, score transcript, international English language test score (IELTS™, TOEFL®, or others) and photocopy of passport.

Some additional documents include letter of recommendation from academic figures, personal statement, reference letter, and research proposal. There’s no need to worry, all documents processing will be guided by our experienced counselors.

STEP 4: OFFER LETTER

Our counselors will help you follow up on acceptance from selected institutions. Depending on the level of study and institutions, usually a period of 1 to 2 months is needed to await the acceptance letter.

STEP 5: TUITION FEE PAYMENT

After receiving Offer Letter and fulfilling all academic requirements, students will be asked to pay for tuition fee and/or other additional expenses.

STEP 6: STUDENT VISA HANDLING

One Education’s counselors will handle the request for student visa in the country of destination.

To apply for student visa, documents such as visa form, offer letter, bank statement from parents or sponsor, latest transcript, birth certificate, family certificate are required.

STEP 7: TICKET, ACCOMMODATION, & PICK-UP

Counselors will help to purchase plane tickets, handle accommodation, and airport pickup in the country of destination.

STEP 8: PRE DEPARTURE BRIEFING

Attending pre-departure briefing from One Education upon arrival is highly encouraged. Counselors will be willing to help while students are studying there.
